A lovely, relaxing experience, Charlotte explained everything first so I knew what to expect. It was easy to have online appointments if I couldn’t get to her in person, too. I will go back as I enjoyed the experience.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology, and I combine this academic background with the practical, forward-looking tools of solution-focused hypnotherapy to help clients achieve positive, lasting change. I am also DBS enhanced checked, fully insured and I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), so you can be comfortable knowing that I’m fully qualified and accredited to work with member of the public and your wellbeing is at my highest interest.
I support clients with a wide range of goals, but I have a particular passion for helping people who are struggling with:
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in survival mode, exhausted by the demands of life, and disconnected from the person they want to be. Together, we work towards helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves again.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you feel understood, safe, and empowered to make meaningful progress towards your goals.
My own journey into hypnotherapy began during a particularly difficult period of my life. After experiencing personal challenges and loss, I received Solution Focused Hypnotherapy myself. The experience was genuinely transformative. It helped me process difficult emotions, regain perspective, and move forward with hope and confidence. That experience inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist so that I could offer the same supportive, positive and life-changing experience to others.
I offer sessions from my dedicated garden studio in Weston-super-Mare, as well as online hypnotherapy sessions for clients who prefer to connect remotely. This flexibility allows you to choose the setting that suits you best.
I’m a registered member of both the:
National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)
These memberships reflect my commitment to maintaining high professional standards, ethical practice, and ongoing development as a practitioner.
Outside of my work as a hypnotherapist, I’m a passionate baker and love spending time with my dogs. I’m also a film enthusiast (especially comic book movies), a Pokémon and LEGO fan, and currently enjoying the rewarding challenge of renovating my home. Oh — and I have a big love for cows!
If you’re curious about how solution-focused hypnotherapy could support you, I’d love to hear from you.
